Meet the Team

Kristofer Clark

Managing Director, Broker-in-Charge

Kristofer Clark serves as the Managing Director and Broker-in-Charge at Relan Capital, where he provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and ensures regulatory compliance for the firm. With more than 25 years of experience in real estate brokerage and business management, Kristofer has successfully led teams in both residential and commercial development companies. He is responsible for guiding Relan Capital’s vision, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring excellence in client service.

He holds an undergraduate degree from The Citadel and an MBA from Clemson University. Throughout his career, Kristofer has cultivated a strong passion for land planning, development, construction, and business growth, bringing valuable expertise and insight to every project he leads.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Kristofer is a devoted husband and father of four sons, cherishing the time he spends with his family. He enjoys the outdoors—particularly hunting, walking land, farming, and construction projects. Deeply committed to his community, he serves on several local boards and is actively involved in his church, finding fulfillment in giving back and supporting others.

Luke Hall

Director, Capital Markets & Investment Sales

Luke Hall serves as Director of Capital Markets and Investment Sales at Relan Capital, where he leads the sourcing of investment opportunities, analyzes capital market trends, and oversees the execution of investment transactions.

He is a graduate of North Greenville University with a degree in Accounting. Luke began his career in public accounting as a senior auditor before transitioning into commercial real estate, where he spent six years focused on acquisitions and asset management across retail and multifamily assets. Over his career, he has been involved in more than $550 million in transactions.

Based in the Upstate of South Carolina, Luke enjoys life with his wife and two boys. Outside of work, he can be found investing in real estate, traveling, golfing, spending time with family and friends, and serving in his church.

Rob Weber

Director, Land Development

Rob Weber serves as Director of Land Development at Relan Capital, where he leads development oversight, permitting, and construction management. With more than 25 years of experience in real estate development and over 15 years in custom residential construction, Rob brings deep expertise in land acquisition, contract negotiations, and full-cycle project management.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from High Point University. Rob previously served as Senior Director of Development for an upscale land development company in the Upstate of South Carolina and Asheville, North Carolina. He is instrumental in project evaluation and projection mapping, helping guide opportunities from initial feasibility through execution.

Based in the Upstate of South Carolina, Rob is married and the proud father of two daughters. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he serves on the game staff of the Greenville Drive and on the board of CLBBY (Church League Basketball for Youth). Outside of work, you’ll find him in the yard, cheering on his favorite teams, and serving in his church and community.

Roy Costner IV

Director, Market Strategy & Client Development

Roy Costner serves as Director of Market Strategy & Client Development at Relan Capital. A builder at heart, he pairs clear strategy with straight talk and follow-through—opening new markets and caring for clients from first call to closing.

He is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Communication and a minor in Brand Communications. Roy has led go-to-market planning, community positioning, and client development for brokerage and development initiatives across the Carolinas. His work blends market research, partnerships, and investor-ready storytelling to move teams confidently from vision to entitlement to launch. Colleagues know him as steady, responsive, and easy to collaborate with.

Based in the Upstate of South Carolina, Roy enjoys life with his wife, Emma, and their three children (Ellie, Archie, and Ollie). Outside of work, you’ll find him on a trail with his family, serving in his church and community, mentoring young leaders, and pitching in on projects that make everyday life a little better.

Chase Styles

Director, Land Acquisition

Chase Styles serves as Director of Land Acquisition at Relan Capital, where he leads land sales, off-market acquisitions, and land management. A trusted advocate with deep roots and strong relationships throughout the Upstate, Chase helps landowners make informed decisions for recreation, commercial use, or long-term growth.

He is a U.S. Marine Corps OIF veteran. Growing up around land sales and acquisitions, Chase developed a strong understanding of the land market that now guides his work in rural and commercial transactions across the Carolinas.

Based in the Upstate of South Carolina, Chase enjoys life with his wife and three kids on their family farm. A dedicated outdoorsman, he spends his time hunting, camping, and enjoying the land he knows so well. He is a member of the Wild Turkey Federation, Delta Waterfowl, and SC Farm Bureau Federation.
